Prior to becoming a trusted Realtor, Brenda graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a degree in finance. Shortly after, she was employed at Chase Bank and was quickly promoted to Vice President, Branch Manager, leading a staff of 33 in the 2nd largest office in California.

During this portion of her career, Brenda developed unparalleled customer service and management skills, making her one of the top-ranked officers in the company in less than 2 years. Her unique experience as a Vice President of a major institution enhances her skills as a Realtor. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of the home buying and selling experience utilizing her extensive knowledge of the lending process, including underwriting and escrow.

Brenda has a vast knowledge in staging a house to create exposure and attract the maximum number of potential buyers to net her sellers the highest return on their property.

She prides herself on having her listings be the highest comparable in the community, spanning from the South Bay area to San Diego. In the past 3 years, the VB Group has ranked among the top teams at Keller Williams, Pacific Estates. Known by friends as VB, this group is also highly rated on Yelp, Facebook, and Realtor.com. Brenda serves on the Board of Directors of the Lakewood YMCA, where she recently chaired the annual charity and auction dinner. This event is their single largest fundraiser and this year’s dinner broke the record for their largest fundraiser to date.

Brenda enjoys spending time with her lovely daughter, attending plays, and discovering new places to visit.
